Integrative Women’s Massage

This wonderful and relaxing traditional Mayan massage, handed down through generations of healers and traditional midwives, works to create homeostasis (balance), hemodynamics (flow).  By releasing restrictions and increasing blood flow, ligaments that suspend the womb are strengthened. This, in turn, can offer baby more space and balance in the womb while giving mom relief from daily aches and pains as well as many other physiological benefits.
Prenatal Arvigo® Therapy is a progressive therapy with additional techniques  incorporated after 36 and 38 weeks. Because of this, I recommend more time for sessions. Acupressure points added by request.
