This wonderful and relaxing traditional Mayan massage, handed down through generations of healers and traditional midwives, works to create homeostasis (balance), hemodynamics (flow).  By releasing restrictions and increasing blood flow, ligaments that suspend the womb are strengthened. This, in turn, can offer baby more space and balance in the womb while giving mom relief from daily aches and pains as well as many other physiological benefits.
Prenatal Arvigo® Therapy is a progressive therapy with additional techniques incorporated after 36 and 38 weeks for Labor Ready Birth Prep.
Because of this, I recommend more time for sessions. Acupressure points added by request.

CFT (Cranial Fascial Therapy) and CST (Cranial Sacral Therapy) are gentle therapies using featherlight touch, the weight of a nickel, paving the way for the body to use its innate ability to heal effortlessly. 
Beneficial for all babies, but especially for infants who are having trouble breastfeeding, don’t sleep well, and babies who are gassy, spit up a lot or are uncomfortable.  Additionally, especially helpful for babies who had difficult births, flattening of the head, turn or favor their heads to one side, or infants who don't like “tummy time”

CFT/CST Infant Cranial Sacral Therapy

Perineal Steam for the health of the pelvis. Many health benefits for fertility, menstrual or general pelvic issues.  From 37 weeks prenatal preps the body for labor & delivery with light warm herbal steams. Session* includes consult, herbal steam and choice of Cranial Sacral Therapy or shoulder/neck massage. 
*Actual steam time approx. 20 min.
