CST (Cranial Sacral Therapy) is a gentle therapy using featherlight touch, the weight of a nickel, paving the way for the body to use its innate ability to heal effortlessly. Beneficial for all babies, but especially for infants who are having trouble breastfeeding, don’t sleep well, and babies who are gassy, spit up a lot or are uncomfortable. Additionally, especially helpful for babies who had difficult births, flattening of the head, turn or favor their heads to one side, or infants who don't like “tummy time”
