This two hour appointment* includes: -bodywork/massage which is gentle yet profound -review of clients health story which covers health, family health history, injuries, accidents, diet, menstrual and pelvic health, fertility etc. -instructions on personal self care massage -recommendations and handouts for supportive modalities -A 5-6 page intake covering “your health story” will be sent via email in addition to the general massage intake. *Please note: the session can run over 2 hours at no extra charge.
